Programme Decription 


The Vicenza Italian Opera Lab: La Traviata di Verdi is an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme 
(BIP) , organised by the Conservatorio di musica “A. Pedrollo” di Vicenza. 


 


The program will be presented with a concert on June 22, 2026 at the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza 


 


 


Activities 


Virtual component (T.B.A.) 


 


Introduction to the project 


Historical and musical analysis of the Verdi’s Traviata. 


Physical mobility (14 June– 22 June 2027) 


 


Orchestra, choir, and soloist rehearsals 


 


Rehearsals will be held at the Vicenza Conservatory from June 14th to 20th, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM 


Dress rehearsals June 21st, Teatro Olimpico 


Concert June 22nd, Teatro Olimpico 


 


At other times, meetings, open lessons, introductory sessions, etc. will be organised. 


 



Objectives

Intercultural learning through joint musical creation and exchange with international partners 
. 
Promotion of teamwork, communication, and artistic expression in an international ensemble 


 


We are seeking students for the solo parts of Verdi's La Traviata, the orchestra, and the choir. Teachers 
are also welcome to participate (Staff Mobility for Training).
